Payments must be made as agreed in the project quotation or invoice.
Work begins once the initial payment (or deposit) is received.
All payments are non-refundable once work has started unless otherwise stated in the agreement.
Delays in payment may result in paused or terminated service.
Any third-party expenses (e.g., hosting, domain, plugins, ad budgets) are the client’s responsibility.
Clients must provide accurate, complete, and timely information required for project completion.
Approval delays, content delays, or late responses from the client may extend project timelines.
Clients are responsible for the content, materials, and media provided for their project.
All designs, code, content, and creative materials developed by Softmatic Solutions remain our property until full payment is received.
After full payment, ownership rights for the final approved deliverables are transferred to the client.
We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.
We respect client privacy. All shared information, documents, and data will remain confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties without consent, except as required by law.
Softmatic Solutions is not liable for any:
Losses, damages, or downtime caused by hosting issues, third-party tools, or client actions.
Business interruption, data loss, or profit loss resulting from the use of our services.
Our total liability under any agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client.
Each project includes a fixed number of revisions as stated in the proposal.
Additional revisions or scope changes may incur extra charges.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice.
In such cases:
The client must pay for all completed work and ongoing commitments up to the termination date.
Softmatic Solutions may retain ownership of all unfinished or unpaid work.
We may use third-party tools (e.g., WordPress, Google, Meta, Mailchimp, etc.) as part of service delivery. Softmatic Solutions is not responsible for any issues or downtime caused by those platforms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be handled in accordance with Canadian law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of our website or services means you accept the updated terms.
