Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing the cancellation of subscriptions and services offered by Softmatic Solutions. This policy is designed to ensure transparency, fairness, and clarity for all clients availing subscription based services.

By subscribing to or using Softmatic Solutions services, you acknowledge and agree to the cancellation terms stated below.

Governing Laws

Softmatic Solutions is registered in Ontario, Canada, providing services across North America, and this Cancellation Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal laws of Canada.

Where services are availed from jurisdictions outside Ontario or Canada, additional local laws, regulations, or tax obligations may apply. Softmatic Solutions shall not be held liable for such external legal or regulatory requirements.

Cancellation Policy Terms

  1. Cancellation Request Process

To cancel a subscription, the client must formally reach out to Softmatic Solutions’ customer support team. Upon receiving the request, the Softmatic team will conduct due diligence and proceed with cancelling the subscription accordingly.

  1. Subscription Deductions During Cancellation

In the event that a subscription fee is deducted during the cancellation process, Softmatic Solutions shall refund the deducted amount to the client, only if the charges are charged withing 15 days.

  1. Website, Domain, and Hosting After Cancellation

Upon cancellation of a subscription, Softmatic Solutions shall retain ownership and control of the website domain and hosting associated with the client account. If the client wishes to keep their website live or transfer website assets after cancellation, the following charges shall apply:

  • If cancelled within the first three (3) months: $150 to transfer all website-related assets.
  • If cancelled after three (3) months: $50 to transfer all website-related assets.
  1. Ownership of Domain and Hosting Assets

Softmatic Solutions retains ownership of the website domain and hosting assets, as all domain registration and hosting charges are paid directly by Softmatic Solutions from its own resources during the subscription period.

  1. Prior Notice

If the client decides to cancel their subscription with Softmatic Solutions at any time, they must provide a 15 day prior notice.
