Our services are designed to help clients launch, manage, and scale their businesses through end to end digital solutions without high agency costs.

By subscribing to any Softmatic Solutions plan or service, you agree to the terms outlined in this document.

Subscription & Payment Terms

  1. All subscriptions are billed automatically once a plan is selected. Clients must provide valid card details at the time of subscription. No additional fees or taxes are charged unless required by law.
  2. Softmatic Solutions does not explicitly request card details via email, phone, or messaging platforms and does not directly use or store client card information. Clients are solely responsible for protecting their card details, PINs, and payment information.
  3. For marketing services involving paid advertisements (including but not limited to Meta Ads, PPC Ads, and social media advertising), Softmatic Solutions does not request or handle client card details. Clients are required to attach their own card details directly to their respective advertising or social media platforms.
  4. Softmatic Solutions is not liable for any thefts, scams, unauthorized transactions, or security breaches related to client advertising accounts or payment methods. Clients are responsible for enabling two‑factor authentication, maintaining account security, and ensuring full privacy protection.
  5. While the Softmatic team may guide and brief clients on best practices related to account protection and privacy, Softmatic Solutions shall not be held responsible for any financial loss, theft, or security incidents.
  6. Any additional taxes imposed based on federal, provincial, state, or local laws shall be the sole responsibility of the client. Softmatic Solutions is not liable for such taxes.
  7. Taxes are charged based on the client’s location, as determined by government regulations.

Revisions & Content Approval

  1. A limited and reasonable number of revisions will be allowed for services provided. Unlimited revisions are not offered.
  2. All content including designs, websites, or marketing materials will be published only after explicit client approval.
  3. Clients are responsible for thoroughly reviewing and proofreading all materials before granting approval.

Legal & Governing Law

Softmatic Solutions is registered in Ontario, Canada, and operates in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable Canadian federal laws.

If services are availed from any other country, province, state, or jurisdiction, local laws, regulations, or tax requirements may apply in addition to Canadian laws.
